Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–2 business days.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders containing Dhoop, incense, or Braj Razz (Braj Sand) cannot be cancelled once placed, as these products are packed immediately after receiving the order.

We keep our products at the lowest possible price for the benefit of devotees. To maintain this affordability, we request customers to place orders mindfully and avoid unnecessary cancellations.
