At Pyaro Vrindavan Store, we strive to deliver only the best-quality Tulsi, Bhakti, and spiritual products from Vrindavan. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only in case of defective or wrong product delivered.

• The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

• Unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange claims.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed only if a wrong product has been delivered.

• No exchanges will be allowed for reasons like change of mind, dislike, or wrong selection by the customer.

• Exchange will be delivered in 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Dhoop and incense products

• Braj Razz (Braj Sand)

• Products priced below Rs. 499

4. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

• Customers are required to bear the shipping charges for all returns and exchanges.

• Since we price our products at the lowest possible rates, we are unable to cover return or exchange shipping costs on behalf of customers.

5. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

• The amount will be credited in the customer’s bank account within 8–15 business days after approval.
