1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• During peak festivals or Vrindavan events, processing may take a little longer.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Shipping Fee: ₹80 for all orders up to ₹1,998.

• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,999.

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days (may take longer in remote areas).

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in most pin codes. COD orders may require 1–2 extra days for verification.

3. International Shipping

We now deliver Vrindavan’s Bhakti products worldwide:

• Express Shipping: 7–10 days at ₹2,800.

• Standard Shipping: 20–30 days at ₹800.

4. Courier Partners

We ship using trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, ShadowFax, and XpressBees (for India) and reliable global couriers for international orders.

5. Tracking

Tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp/SMS once your order is dispatched.

6. Address Accuracy

Please provide complete and correct details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

7. Delays & Exceptions

We are not liable for courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events. In case of lost/undelivered packages, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
